📦 Where is my order?Updated 4 months ago

We're here to help you track your order with ease! 🚚

  1. To get started, please visit our Help Centre: Dense Help Centre

  2. Click on "Track my order": Track My Order.

  3. You'll be prompted to enter either your email or mobile number. If both are on your account, you can choose either one.

  4. After entering your details, you'll receive a 6-digit code to log in to your account.

  5. Once logged in, you'll see a list of all your orders with us.

  6. Click on the specific order you want to track.

  7. Hit "Track," and you'll be presented with the complete tracking history.

If your order only shows as confirmed without tracking history, it may be due to an incomplete consultation form. Please fill out the form here: Consultation Form.

We do sent out continual reminder to fill out the consultation form however this can land in junk folders.

If you've already filled out the consultation form and are still experiencing issues, click on "Report Issue" next to "Track my order."

Select "I'm past my expected delivery date" and follow the steps to report the issue directly to us.

Please keep in mind 🧠  that orders placed prior to 10am will be shipped that same business day. Dense is only operational Monday to Friday, so any orders placed after 10am on Friday or the weekend will be processed next working day.
